Accessibility statement

Now Assist Limited wants everyone to be able to use this website. We work to WCAG 2.2 level AA and check the site against it with automated tests and manual checks.

What we have done

• Every page has one main landmark, a skip link, a logical heading order and a language attribute.
• The site can be zoomed to 400% and reflows at 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
• Text and links meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum, links inside text are underlined, and every control shows a visible keyboard focus.
• Every form field has a visible label; errors are announced and described in text.
• Motion stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
• The cookie banner has two equally weighted choices and can be reopened from the footer.

What we are still working on

• A full manual walk-through with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver) on every page.
• The reCAPTCHA check on the contact form depends on Google’s audio alternative; if it stops you, email or call us instead.
