HRSD advisory
Advice on your side, from readiness to long after go-live.
HR Service Delivery rewards organisations that decide well: which HR services, which case model, which journeys, which integrations, in which order. We help you make those decisions, hold the project to them and get the value out afterwards.

Three stages
Where are you on the journey?
Pick the stage you are at. Each one stands on its own, and they join up when you want them to.
Decide well.
The HR service catalogue, the case model and the journeys you need; the HR profile data and the HCM, payroll and identity integrations HRSD will depend on; the business case; and how to choose and brief an implementation firm. We help you understand the decisions that are hard to change later.
- Service catalogue and case model
- Data, integration and licensing fit
- Business case and roadmap
- Choosing and briefing an implementation firm
A lead on your side.
A client-side lead and design authority who keeps the project honest: design reviews, HR data and integration checks, test planning, cutover readiness, change and training. We sit with HR, HR systems and the platform team, and we translate between them.
- Client-side lead and design authority
- Data, integration and testing assurance
- Cutover readiness and hypercare plan
- Change, training and adoption
Stabilise, then optimise.
The first weeks of cases, the journeys that stall, the reports nobody built: we help you stabilise, then plan the improvements that get the value the business case promised. Many engagements continue into managed support with the same people.
- Hypercare and stabilisation
- Configuration and process review
- Improvement plan and ownership
- Transition into managed support
How we work
Clear, concise and on your side.
Our advice is written for you, in plain terms, with the trade-offs made clear. We work in short, visible cycles with regular checkpoints, so the project stays aligned with what HR asked for, and we build your team’s self-sufficiency as we go.
HR depth, with the group behind it.
Now Assist is part of Cloud Assist Group, whose practices support Workday and Dayforce and whose HR, change and AI specialists join an HRSD programme when the question crosses the platform boundary. Meet the people proposed for your project before you decide.
What you get
Deliverables are agreed for each engagement; these are the ones most clients ask for.
Straight answers
Questions about advisory.
Why independent advice?
We have no commercial relationship with ServiceNow, Inc. or with the firms that implement it. Our advice is written for you, in plain terms, with the trade-offs made clear, and we say where a decision is yours to make.
Can you lead our HRSD implementation?
We lead the client side: the HR service catalogue and case model, design decisions, data and integrations, testing, cutover and change. Where a programme needs implementation delivery as well, we confirm the delivery scope, responsibilities and arrangements before proposing it.
We already have HRSD live. Is advisory still useful?
Often most useful. A configuration and process review after go-live finds the workarounds that crept in, the journeys nobody finished and the reports nobody built, and turns them into an improvement plan with owners.
What happens after go-live?
Stabilise first, then optimise. Many advisory engagements continue into managed support with the same people, so the knowledge built during the project stays with your service.
