Integrations and reporting support

The data HRSD runs on, and the reports HR leaders use.

HRSD is only as good as the HR profile data it receives and the reporting it gives back. We keep the integrations with your HCM, payroll, identity and recruitment systems running, fix the data when they don’t, and build the analytics HR leaders will actually open.

What we cover

From the overnight sync to the board dashboard.

The integration and reporting layer around HRSD.

HCM integrations

HR profile, org and position sync with Workday, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors and other HCM systems, through IntegrationHub spokes or custom integrations, with the group’s Workday and Dayforce specialists on the other side.

Payroll, identity and recruitment hand-offs

Starter, change and leaver events to payroll, identity and benefits systems; candidate-to-employee hand-offs from recruitment.

Monitoring and data fixes

Integration monitoring, error handling and the data fixes that keep HR profiles, cases and journeys right.

Reporting, Performance Analytics and releases

Dashboards and Performance Analytics for HR, family release impact assessment, Automated Test Framework coverage for HR flows and upgrade planning around your HR calendar.

Typical requests

The work that lands on your team.

Integration requests are judged overnight: did the sync run, did the data land, did anyone notice? We agree the monitoring, who answers when it fails, and how the causes of repeat errors get fixed.

So HR stops re-keying, the integration that failed overnight is noticed before employees are, and the numbers HR reports are the numbers the business trusts.

For example

  • An HR profile sync that failed overnight and the data fixes that follow
  • A new field or org structure to carry from Workday or Dayforce into HRSD
  • A leaver event that must reach identity and payroll the same day
  • A dashboard HR leaders asked for and nobody has built
  • Family release testing for HR flows, with ATF coverage
  • An integration change on the HCM side as well as the HRSD side

Examples of the requests a managed support service handles. Scope, capacity and priorities are agreed in your service agreement.

Straight answers

Questions about integrations and reporting.

Can you change the Workday or Dayforce side of an integration too?

Yes, through the group: WD Assist supports Workday and DF Assist supports Dayforce, so an integration change can be owned end to end under one plan. Scope and access on the HCM side are agreed in your proposal.

Do you cover other HCM and payroll systems?

We support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and other systems through IntegrationHub spokes or custom integrations. Coverage is confirmed during scoping, and we say plainly where we would bring in a specialist.

How do you handle family releases?

An impact assessment for your HR flows and integrations, a test plan with Automated Test Framework coverage where it pays off, and an upgrade window agreed around your HR calendar.
