What the content is for

The site describes our services. Examples on the site, such as the illustrative service plan and review questions, explain how the service works and are not customer results. An engagement with us is governed by its own written agreement, not by these terms.

Using the site

You may read, print and share pages for your own information. The text, designs and marks on the site belong to Now Assist Limited, Cloud Assist Group or the organisations whose names and logos appear. ServiceNow, the ServiceNow logo, Now, Now Platform, and other ServiceNow marks are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. in the United States and/or other countries. We use them only to identify the software we support. Now Assist Limited was incorporated under its own name in October 2022, before, to our knowledge, any ServiceNow use of ‘Now Assist’ as a product name. Our name is not associated with any ServiceNow trade mark, product or feature called ‘Now Assist’. We are an independent company, not affiliated with ServiceNow, Inc., and we do not sell or resell ServiceNow software. ServiceNow, Inc. does not endorse, sponsor or approve this site or our services. All other marks belong to their owners. Information on this site is general and not a substitute for professional advice. Our Terms govern use of this site. Please do not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other visitors, or submit anything unlawful through its forms.
